March 2023 – GCSTV is now airing a newsbreak on National Nutrition Month at Rankin Elementary! Students studied “What Should I Eat Today?” by Bob Krumroy, which gives instructions on what healthy foods are to eat. The kids got eat a pasta recipe from the book and enjoyed a demonstration where they learned how to make a dish made from “green light” foods.
